The elbow is calibrated one by one;

3. When the heating surface pipe is opposite, the oxide scale, rust, oil stains at the welding joint should be thoroughly removed, the pipe should be strictly grooved, and the groove should be polished to a metallic luster within 15mm, and there should be no burrs at the groove and blunt edges;

4. All pipe sections whose wall thickness is thinner than required by the rust due to pipe corrosion should be replaced. For areas where defects cannot be treated after installation, a hydraulic test should be carried out before the pipe group is checked, and the test pressure should be less than the working pressure of the pipe. 1.5 times, or perform non-destructive inspection;

5. The pipeline should undergo a ball passing test. The ball diameter should be in accordance with the specifications. Before passing the ball, the pipeline should be purged with compressed air for 1 to 2 minutes, and the water or rust in the pipe should be blown out, and then the ball should be passed. Balls and pipes should be balled one by one. Balls of each specification should be numbered separately to prevent the ball from falling into the pipe. For pipe sections with ball passing problems, the reasons should be thoroughly inspected and analyzed. Pipe sections that cannot be repaired should be replaced;
